Get treatment for all your spine care needs.

Our services

Chiropractic Care - Wellness Care

  • Typically pain ranging from 1/10 - 4/10

  • Pain is described as stiffness or tightness

  • Will minimally impact an individual’s daily living activities

  • Treatment: adjustments and occasional therapy

  • Frequency: 1-4 times per month

  • Since our spine is involved in almost all daily activities, there is a recommended maintenance to keep us feeling well.  Just as our   teeth require maintenance to keep them clean and healthy as do the joints of our spine.  Wellness care allows the spine to function at its optimal level, reducing the frequency of flare ups or acute episodes and allows our overall health and well-being to improve.

Chiropractic Care - Acute Care

  • Typically pain ranging from 5/10 to 10/10

  • Pain is described as sharp, intense, stabbing, radiating, numbness, pins and needles etc.

  • Will heavily impact an individual’s normal activities of daily living.

  • Treatment: adjustments, therapy, muscle work, breathwork, and rehabilitation

  • Frequency: 2-3 times per week for 2-8 weeks

  • The body requires steady input to continuously improve and heal.  Without the appropriate treatment frequency and duration of care, a patient will experience small periods of relief followed by the return of previous symptoms.

Movement and Mobility Assessments

  • As a Level 1 & 2 TRS Certified Coach, I am able to make the invisible, visible by systematically observing a client’s movement, identify incomplete patterns, and correct those issues with a robust set of tools and techniques.  In other words, I can spot and fix the technique and position deficiencies that are leading to a client’s reduced performance.

Sports Injuries

  • Dr. Grant has extensive training in the evaluation and treatment of extremity issues: shoulders/elbows/wrists and hips/knees/ankles/feet

“I’m so grateful for Dr. Grant and the treatment plan that he developed for me, which has brought tremendous relief to my lower back pain, caused by a bulging disc and a herniated disc.”
